Meet Kolton

When I was young my mother would always say that helping one person might not change the world, but it could change the world for that one person. That’s always stuck with me. As a single mother working multiple jobs to get by I would often see her go out of her way to help others. From a family that didn’t have enough money to pay for their groceries, to fostering dogs and volunteering her time at the local Boys and Girls Club; she always did whatever she could make a difference, and I’m thankful for the values instilled in me along the way. Growing up as an only child in a small Arizona town, we moved to Las Vegas shortly after my stepfather came into our lives in the year 2000. That’s when my parents started the family business and I caught the entrepreneurial bug. When I wasn’t in school or playing sports, my weekends and summers were typically spent honing my working skills and learning how to run a business from the ground up. While studying business management at UNLV, I started multiple companies, including a mobile car wash, a restaurant, and a financial services organization. Through those experiences I learned that while it was extremely important for me to help others, I also needed to find something that I was truly passionate about, something that fired me up, that’s when I landed in real estate. Over the last six years I have successfully flipped houses, been named one of the top real estate agents in Las Vegas, and launched a real estate brokerage with my business partner. During that time we have also started a marketing agency, mortgage brokerage, and real estate development firm. I have also been honored as one of the Top Men in Real Estate in 2018 by My Vegas Magazine and Top Real Estate Mogul by Real Vegas Magazine in 2021. I firmly believe in making a positive contribution to my community, which is reflected as one of the core values of our organization: leave people better than we found them. In order to contribute and empower my team members and staff to do the same, I sit on the Real Estate Committee of Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada where we focus on providing affordable housing within the Las Vegas Valley. My real estate brokerage also provides a portion of every sale to NHSSN to help further the mission. I also volunteer my time and donate financially to organizations such as Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, Vegas Healthcare and I sat on the board as the Marketing Chairman of the Alzheimer’s Association Desert Southwest Chapter from 2018-2019 where I helped grow The Walk to End Alzheimer’s to the largest attendance in the history of the chapter. Prior to the pandemic I also ran a networking group consisting of over 750 Las Vegans. We focused on connecting business leaders within the community and hosted monthly events that had a regular turnout upwards of 100 people. Above all else I’m most proud of my beautiful family. I’ve been happily married to my high school sweetheart, Kristin, since 2013 and we’re raising three incredible children: Jameson, Everly and Lincoln. Being a father has definitely given me a higher purpose. More than ever, it’s absolutely necessary to be a cause for change and a force for good in the world.
