Getting Involved and Giving Back

At The Villa Group we may sell houses (and all other types of real estate, too), but what we really do is change lives. We proudly call Las Vegas home and are committed to the continued growth and development of this wonderful city. As active members of the Las Vegas community, we believe that we have an obligation to give back to the city that we serve.

We feel honored to have the opportunity to partner with Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada. NHSSN is an incredible local non-profit organization which has dedicated itself for over two decades to all things housing. They change and enhance the lives of low-to-moderate-income individuals, families, and communities throughout Southern Nevada by providing affordable rental housing, down payment assistance, financial literacy, pre-and post-purchase housing counseling, and homebuyer education, offering a hand-up not a hand-out.

Real estate isn’t just something we do for a living, it’s who we are. As such we’ve made a commitment to donate a portion of our commission for each and every property we sell to NHSSN to assist in furthering their mission of promoting neighborhood revitalization. Our broker, Kolton Villa, is also a member of NHSSN’s Real Estate Committee and regularly assists the organization in purchasing and selling properties.

It’s also important to us that our agents and staff are involved in other causes that are meaningful to them on a personal level. Other organizations our team has been involved with include:
